Talia has been a dedicated member of GE HealthCare for almost 20 years, starting
her journey in the Operations Management Leadership Program. Over the years,
she has taken on roles of increasing responsibility across Supply Chain, Integrated
Business Planning, Program Management, and Business Operations. Currently,
Talia serves as the MR Transformation Leader, where she drives strategic
initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
A passionate advocate for inclusion and belonging, Talia acts as the Global
Operating Co-Leader of the Women's Network at GE HealthCare, fostering a
supportive and empowering environment for women across the organization.
Talia holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the
University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Marquette University. During
her college years, Talia was actively involved in the Society of Women Engineers,
serving as Collegiate President and receiving the prestigious National Collegiate
Senior Award.
Outside of her professional life, Talia enjoys spending quality time with her
husband and three young boys exploring the Midwest.
