    Breaking Down Barriers: Fostering an Inclusive and Supportive Workplace

    Our journey to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion began with a small spark: our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Fueled by sponsorship from our DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) team and executive leadership, these ERGs have grown into a global force for change. Discover how we've successfully built and scaled a global DEI culture including similarities and differences. Hear from a diverse group of ERG leaders at various levels within the organization to learn about the strategies that empowered our employees, removed barriers, and created a more inclusive workplace. Some examples include networking, career planning and education, mentorships, community engagement and more. We will share qualitative and quantitative data of the results we've seen from career progression and employee surveys.

    Learning Objectives:

    • Describe our ERG framework and actions that increase engagement and foster community at every level of the organization.
    • Review the role that ERGs and the associated leadership roles play in career advancement and employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Relate DEIB efforts to increased performance, networking, and collaboration amongst employees and teams across business units and functions.
