Dean Delpeache is director, Global Diverse Talent Programs and Campus Strategy, leading initiatives that
emphasize the attraction, development, and retention of talent from a multitude of diverse backgrounds,
identities, and experiences throughout the employee lifecycle. His professional purview encompasses the
strategic design and implementation of comprehensive approaches to attract diverse talent ranging from
early-career individuals to management-level professionals. In addition to facilitating leadership development
for diverse talent, his team is instrumental in the creation of specialized talent programs that attract and
retain diversity.
Dean boasts a strong academic background with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and
Management as well as a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, both from York University.
Further enriching his expertise, he has attained a certificate in Leadership and Inclusion from Centennial
College. Currently, Dean is advancing his scholarly pursuits by working towards a PhD in Human Resources
Management at York University.
